Delve into your capacity for deep healing and revitalization as we explore breath and body through meditation, asana (physical postures) and relaxation, bathed in candlelight and the still energy of the winter season. Conscious movement linked to breathe will lead us to a restorative balancing of the inner and outer energies. The evening will conclude with a guided relaxation practice.
