Oldest, most authentic Oktoberfest - fun for whole family

The area’s oldest – the 133rd original Oktoberfest -- kicks off September 23‐25,
with live German music, Bavarian dancers, beer, home-cooked food and soccer
games all day at the United German Hungarians (UGH) Club in Lower Bucks. The
Oktoberfest is hosted by The Bayerischer‐Volksfest Verein and UGH.

With free parking and fun for all ages all weekend-long, visitors can enjoy:

  • German beers
  • the Steuben Day Parade festivities

  • Live German music

  • Traditional Bavarian Dancers

  • Home‐cooked Bavarian food, desserts and
    refreshments

  • Soccer Games

Friday
night, Sept. 23
, features “Rocktoberfest,” featuring party band Big Romeo.


  • Saturday,
    Sept. 24,
    join all the major German clubs in the area for the 41st Annual Steuben Parade (www.steubenparade.com/phila). Then
    come back to the UGH for HeimatkKlaenge orchestra and “Emil Schanta” from 3 to
    7 p.m. Also performing the UGH Children's Group and Schuhplattlers. Gates open
    at 1; food and bar at 2 p.m.

  • On
    Sunday, Sept. 25
    , HeimatKlaenge
    performs from 1 to 5 p.m. and The Joe Weber Orchestra from 5 to 9 p.m.
    Also performing the UGH Children's Group and Schuhplattlers. Gates open at noon;
    food and bar at 1 p.m.
