Grange Fair, 'Planes' to Open: Your Week in Newtown

A look at what's happening during the week ahead in Newtown:

• The 65th annual Middletown Grange Fair kicks off Wednesday at the fairgrounds in Wrightstown Township. The five-day event will feature rides, livestock, food, entertainment and much more. Click here for more information about the 2013 fair.
• Carousel Village’s annual cruise night is set for next week. Check out classic cars, enjoy music and a bon fire all while the kids play on a moon bounce Thursday during the annual cruise night and BBQ bash. The event will begin at 4 p.m. at Carousel Village, located off Route 413 in Wrightstown.
• Disney's "Planes" starts Wednesday at the Newtown Theatre. 
• Newtown Borough Council meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Chancellor Center. The agenda will be posted at this link when available.
