Learn About Genealogical Research

What: "Dowered or Bound Out: Records of Widows and Orphans, A presentation by the Bucks County Genealogical Society
Where:  David Library of the American Revolution, 1201 River Road, Washington Crossing, PA
When: Saturday, Jan. 4, 10 a.m.
Why go: Interested in researching your heritage? Learn how the law in the past treated widows and orphans, and what the records may tell us about them.
Cost: $5 Members/$10 Non-Members.

Try Your Body at Pilates

What: Pilates Bodies Studio Open House
Where: 10 Penn Valley Drive Yardley, PA 19067
When: Saturday, Jan. 4,  12 p.m.
Why go: Check out the studio and if you are interested cash in on some special offers for future classes.

Sunday:

How Sweet It Is: Pairing Wine and Chocolate

What: A class on pairing, wine tasting, a tour and your personal assortment of Pierre's Chocolates.
Where: Crossing Vineyards & Winery, 1853 Wrightstown Rd, Washington Crossing
When: Sunday, Jan. 5, 2 p.m.
Why go: Enjoy a “sweet” afternoon filled with tips on how to pair your two favorite foods.
