Wrightstown Farmers Market to Close Season With Customer Appreciation Day

There will be free food, live music and more during the last regular market day of the 2013 season.

It’s customer and vendor appreciation day at the Wrightstown Farmers Market this Saturday.

The market will close out the 2013 season with free samples, fresh foods and live music.

Shoppers and vendors can enjoy free homemade soups made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the market. Plus, there will be free coffee, cider, cider donuts, fresh bread and cookies.

“As we reflect with gratitude on the bounty of our farms, on the happy faces and loyalty of our customers, and on the warm community of our market, we staff and volunteers of the market and the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all,” an announcement from the Foodshed Alliance said.

The Goose Creek Pioneers will be performing live folk music.
