So many horrible storys about this business but the worst one is : They never delivered a WEDDING CAKE TO A WEDDING. Can you imagine??? I don't think they will be in business long.

The owner is horrible to deal with. The quality of the cakes and the quality of the customer service has gone downhill very fast. I ordered something and asked Felix if it had nuts on it and he assured me that it wouldn't. Well it did, and by the time we went to slice into it, the bakery was closed and I was left with this cake. I asked for no nuts because someone at the party was allergic. Luckily we saw the nuts before the person sampled the cake, they could have had a severe reaction to it. I will never use this bakery again. Felix has to be the most difficult person to deal with in the Newtown area.

Felixs Caketeria made a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. They tasted great. Unfortunately it was not communicated to me that they were not going to set it up or put the cake topper on. After several conversations and emails I was never informed that they would not be setting it up. I assumed that if you hire a baker for your wedding and pay $1000 plus $150 for delivery that they would take enough pride in their work to at least set it up and put the cake topper on the cake. When I called after the wedding to ask why this did not happen I got screamed at and insulted by Felix, the owner. He told me that it was not his responsibility to set it up or put the cake topper on. He went further to insult me and tell me that if not having a cake topper ruined my wedding then I was pathetic!!!! I was appalled by his unprofessional and insulting behavior. I am not sure how someone who works in the service industry would behave so inappropriately. I was very disappointed since they came so highly recommended. I would NEVER recommend them unless you like to over pay for poor service and be insulted on top of that. Of course I would want a cake topper on top of my wedding cake!!!!!!

Felix made my Birthday cake last year. I brought him a photograph of a COWGIRL Boot for my 50th Birthday Bash...a "Hoedown" at Rosebank Winery...
The cake was AMAZING...and I think there is a "flash" of it in this video! It looked just like the picture and tasted divine. It was delivered to Rosebank right on time...FRESH! Thank you Felix and Rand for settling here in Newtown! You are a fine addition to what makes Newtown so special!

Just had my first cupcake from this place. I'm not a big cupcake fan, but this apple/caramel creation was out of this world. With a cup of coffee, it was the perfect end to lunchtime!
