Agree! I went to this place many years ago and it was a horrible experience. The co-owner referenced in the 3/28/12 had me track my calories religiously for two weeks, then never bothered to look at them. He also used to bring in donuts following Saturday morning workouts--nice gesture, but kind of a terrible idea for a gym. I'm a certified fitness instructor now and can tell you their approach to exercise/weight loss is terribly antiquated. Fitness is not a one-size fits all solution.

Very disappointed with the hours of operation and the male co owner is arrogant and very unpleasant to his clients.

If they change owners it would be a great place to work out and get fit. A friend of mine was recently telling me that I should come back and join again.. they hired a new manager and a nutrition counselor but still same owners! I found both of them to be arrogant, nasty and down right rude. Not just to their clients but really to their employees. I have witnessed the female owner yell an belittle the front desk women on several occasions. It was very uncomfortable to witness that. I recently received a call asking me to come back and I feel bad for the girl on the other end because I told her exactly how I felt. I know she was only doing her job, but is all is she could say was " I'm sorry you had a dad experience ". I give this place two thumbs down.
