Great classes and equipment. Top of the line. Long hours, too, for my crazy schedule. The trainers are really knowledgeable and rehabbed my shoulder to complete health after a sever injury. Cannot say enough about them.

Love the classes at the NAC the most. No other club compares in the entire area. If classes aren't your thing the NAC has a brand new fully equipped fitness center with amazing trainers. If you have kids, they offer classes for them while you are working out. The amenities which include a salon, cafe and beautiful locker rooms all add to the great experience. I get everything I need at the NAC and more.

The NAC is an amazing club not only for the fantastic programs for everyone in the family, but for the way it keeps on expanding and improving to make it better for their members. I have seen so many changes through the years and it just keeps on getting better. I especially like the Techonfit area, as it is cozy, friendly and the equipment is absolutely top of the line.

As far as gyms go, there is no other as amazing as the NAC.

I have been going to the NAC since I was a kid and it is still the best gym I have ever been in. It is awesome, especially with the new fitness center. The equipment is so smooth and the trainers are great.

The new fitness center is amazing!

The NAC is the best gym I have ever belonged to. There is so much to offer whether or not you have a family. I do and my kids do the youth programs, like gymnastics and swimming. I love to workout in the Technofit area that features the amazing TechnoGym equipment. It is small, friendly and the trainers are very attentive. The NAC really works for our family.

The NAC is simply the best health club, not only in Newtown, but in the entire area. There is no other club that offers so much for so many and still makes you feel really welcome all the time. I love the Pilates, which are small classes with lots of personal attention and I love the new fitness center which was just added.

Hands down the best gym I have ever been a member at. The club is beautiful and has everything you could ever want. Locker rooms are fantastic and the entire facility is extremely clean. I could not ask for more from a gym, keeps my entire family active and could not live without it.

This club is by far the best around. I can't believe how awesome the new fitness center is. I do a great deal of traveling and always workout, so I have alot to compare it to across the nation.

The NAC has truly turned my exercise life around. Because it offers me so many options for exercise and keeps my children happy at the same time with their own physical activities, I can actually stick to my workout schedule. This is for the first time in a long time that I have felt this confident about my ability to stick to my workout out. Thank you NAC!

If you have been in the area for any length of time, you know that no other 'gym' can beat the NAC. To call NAC a gym belittles the fact that there is so much more to this place! I hate to exercise, yet I get up and go, knowing that I will probably spot a friend there, working along side me, or that the class I thought would be too tough for me, isn't. NAC offers childcare and classes that the whole family can use. When my kids were younger, they begged to have their birthday parties there. I believe NAC still offers free trial memberships. I'll probably see you there!
