I own an automotive restoration company and have had a different broker in the past. I was not happy with the service, the response to emails, phone calls, etc.
Answers were slow.
Questions of coverage when I start this new business needed immediate answers for my customers at times. I was frustrated.
I called your office because my former employer uses your services. I have since been linked with Amy Coddington, and I must say, service in every aspect of her job is exceptional!
I get quick answers to questions, and when there is no quick answers, I get an email or phone call to tell me that she is working on it.
