Anthropologie Pulls Out as Promenade Tenant, Groundbreaking Likely in Early Spring
Anthropologie will no longer be the anchor tenant for The Promenade project but a groundbreaking will still likely occur in late March or early April.
Anthropologie will no longer be the anchor tenant at the Promenade, the new mixed-use development slated for the old Acme site, project investor Jim Worthington confirmed. However, Worthington said construction is still on track to begin this spring. Worthington said he is "95 percent" confident he has a different anchor tenant lined up to fill the approximately 9,000-square-foot spot.
