Schedule of Events for First Night Newtown

The night will feature live music, kids activities, food and fireworks.

Organizers of First Night Newtown, the annual New Year's Eve celebration at Council Rock North, have released a schedule of events. The night will feature live music, kids activities, food and fireworks. The cost to attend it $10. The theme for this year is "D.A.R.E. to Share." Click here for more information. Newtown Gearing Up To Celebrate the New Year

Buttons for First Night, Newtown's annual New Year's Eve celebration, are now for sale at various locations for $10.

  The start of 2012 is right around the corner and Newtown is gearing up to celebrate the New Year. First Night, Newtown’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, will take place Dec. 31 beginning at 5 p.m. The festivities will be held at Council Rock High School North, with fireworks at Newtown Middle School. Buttons for the event are now on sale for $10 at the following locations: First Federal of Bucks County, First National Bank of Newtown, Newtown Book and Record Exchange, 3rd Federal Bank, Newtown Athletic Club, Action Karate and Shady Book Farm.
