Yogasphere to Open Richboro Location Sunday

The Richboro location will specialize in hot yoga.

Yogasphere's Richboro location will open this weekend. The Richboro studio, to be located at 883 Bustleton Pike next to Coyle's Music, will specialize in hot yoga. According to a Facebook post from Yogasphere, the studio is scheduled to open this Sunday, Jan. 27. The first class will begin at 10 a.m. "Yogasphere’s Hot Yoga Classes are challenging and fun with positive effects often being felt just after one class," the website states. "Benefits of Hot Yoga include accelerated weight loss, detoxification, stress reduction, improved balance, mental clarity, concentration, peace of mind, and a greater sense of over-all well being." Yogasphere Now Offering Childbirth Education Series

The Bliss-Full Bellies program at Yogashere now includes a six-week childbirth education series called “Reclaim Your Birth.”

Yogasphere, which has always been home to more than just your run-of-the-mill yoga classes, is now expanding its prenatal offerings to include childbirth education services. The Bliss-Full Bellies program at Yogasphere now includes a six-week childbirth education series called “Reclaim Your Birth.” The class begins Feb. 2 and will integrate information with yoga so participants have a “mindful and peaceful” pregnancy. “After completing the series, you will have increased strength, flexibility and stamina while feeling more peaceful and prepared to make informed decisions related to your care,” information from Yogasphere said.  Prenatal yoga instructor Carrie Robb said the studio decided to expand its offerings for woman to address all …

Chair Yoga Coming To Newtown

Starting Thursday, Oct. 6, Yogasphere will offer a one-hour weekly Chair Yoga class.

Are you someone who could benefit from doing yoga but have a disability or health issue that holds you back? Starting Thursday, Oct. 6, Yogasphere will offer a different kind of yoga that you don’t even have to get out of your seat to do. It’s called “chair yoga” – a class designed for people with disabilities, health issues, joint problems, or weight challenges. The one-hour class will be held weekly at 2:30 p.m. Instructors Darla Lux and Debbie Wenclawiak will lead the class, which is all done while sitting in a chair.  This is the first time Yogasphere has offered a regular chair yoga class.
