'Smash' Star Coming to Council Rock South

NBC’s “Smash” star Jeremy Jordan is coming to Council Rock High School South this summer as part of a week-long performing arts camp to be held from July 29 to Aug. 3. Led by Broadway film and television casting director David Petro, the professional performing arts camp will feature classes on dancing, acting, voice, film-making and more, according to a press release. Participants will also have a chance to take a professional headshot and get resume tips. Registration is open to ages 8 to 25; all experience levels are welcome Jordan starred in the film “Joyful Noise” along with Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer and Dolly Parton.
