ReplyDoes anyone know if there are different zoning or other restrictions in Newtown Borough verse Newtown Township? Just wondering if perhaps the suggestions for Whole Foods or Trader Joe's might fly easier in the township. Shoot if Cosi can open up in the township, the NAC can get a liquor licence and build a bar/restaurant.......why not those stores in Newtown Borough?
I know this strays from State Street thoughts, but just seeing other comments I'd thought I would add it.
For the record, I like the bakery idea and not a chain bakery.

ReplySo besides several ice cream places now add two smoothie stores. I was hoping Bryn and Danes from Horsham would make it here.....but this will do. Oh also Qdoba
