Thanks for your comments, Kathy. Forks Over Knives is a great documentary to educate the public. I like to suggest that everyone needs to find the nutrition plan that works for them providing results of fat loss while stablizing hunger, energy, and cravings.

Yes, losing fat does not occur in one area only. In overweight or obese individuals, most of the fat is localized to the belly, providing this is the case, fat loss usually will occur in this area first.

ReplyJR, I am so happy for your success!!! When taking a look at the breakfast example in the blog, the model I suggested actually has less calories than the Kashi cereal plan. Eating this way does create a calorie deficit too:) It just takes away the all or nothing approach of calorie counting. Best of luck to you with continued success:)
