Newtown Arts Company Auditions for Twelfth Night

Newtown Arts
Company is holding auditions for its upcoming production of William
Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night on
October 26, 10 a.m.–1 p.m., and October 28, 6–9 p.m., at Crossing
Community Church, 80 Lower Silver Lake Road (near intersection with Rt. 332/Newtown
Bypass), Newtown, PA 18940. Callbacks will be held November 2, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Director
Joe McKernan is casting  12-18 named roles and a small troupe of entertainers age
16 and over. Skills such as playing an instrument, singing, dancing, comedy, storytelling,
juggling and clowning a plus. Auditions will consist of a prepared reading from
the script (see website for sides) or a Shakespeare monologue of your choice.
Performances are February 13–19, 2014, at Newtown Theatre, 120 N. State Street,
